I purchased this product through Facebook advertisement but i felt insecure to give card details so i accepted for Cash On Delivery on 15/08/16. i received it on 17/08/16 through courier.
whereas, i ordered for RED color but he sent me yellow instead and the product is not working. when i try to contact him through watssup as he was in touch with me through watssup.
he wasn't responding and also blocked me from commenting in Facebook. i tried contacting him through my colleague and he respond to him saying he will process for exchange and refund but now he is not responding to him as well.
This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $30. The author is overall dissatisfied with Wmart and uploaded a picture. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
